There are 3 ways to check the status/update of your ticket:
1. Our answer will be sent directly to your email from our ticket system.
2. Also you can check your ticket response and status by going to your Magestore account => Dashboard => My Tickets and find the links to your tickets there
3. Or you can go to the website https://magestore.zendesk.com/hc/en-us => Login to your account => Select "My Activities" link to see your ticket.
