There are 3 ways to check the update/status of your ticket. You can find more details in this article: How can I check the update and status of my ticket?
If you have followed our instruction when going to your Magestore account => Dashboard => My Tickets but can't find any ticket there, or you find an error when clicking on the ticket link in our email, don't worry as your tickets are not lost and we are still working on it for sure :) . Just check if you've logged in Magestore account or not and take notice on the account you're in. Your account email you login need to be the same as the email you use to submit this ticket to check your ticket properly as our instruction.
